Dr. Niewiem was appointed senior vice president of Global Specialty Carbon Black and the EMEA Region in September 2019.
She joined Orion in December 2013 and previously held the position of vice president of Global Product Management and Business Development for Specialty Carbon Black.
Dr. Niewiem has over two decades of experience in process industries, engineering and industrial goods. For more than 13 years, Dr. Niewiem worked in management consulting at Kearney.
She holds an economics doctorate from the European Business School and an MBA from James Madison University.
