LUXEMBOURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. (NYSE: OEC) (the “Company” or “Orion”)
announced today that the underwriters of the recently closed offering of
5,000,000 Orion common shares, sold by Kinove Luxembourg Holdings 1
S.à.r.l. (“Kinove Holdings”) and current and former members of Orion’s
management team, have fully exercised their option to purchase an
additional 750,000 shares on the same terms as the initial shares.
Kinove Holdings sold 685,500 of the additional shares and the other
selling shareholders sold the remaining 64,500 shares. Kinove Holdings
and the other selling shareholders received all of the net proceeds from
the sale of these shares.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Investment Bank acted as the joint
book-running managers for the offering.
